Returning a little to the wave of Santo Tomás.
In fruit nose something, as it ties of quince, something of wood, slightly closed and smoking, soon appears something of followed wood of a little but of wood but with varnish (only a little) everything is transformed in which the nose is like entering great maderería. In mouth wood with something of honey and a touch of lemon rind, weighs not at all funny touch of acidity.
This tasting was made not stop trying and knowing but I leave much to be desired.
